Tell us which part of your data estate causes the most uncertainty and we will respond with a scoping path. Metazoa LLC works with research and enterprise teams from its Lehi works, and every inquiry reaches a person who can speak to the technical detail.
Whether you are comparing approaches, planning a specific migration, or simply trying to understand where a set of records actually came from, a short conversation usually saves weeks of guesswork. We read every message ourselves and we reply in plain language, without a sales script. If your question falls outside our six service lines, we will say so and point you toward a better fit rather than stretch our role to fit the work.
When you write to us, it helps to include the systems involved, the rough size of the data estate, and the decision you are trying to make. That context lets us suggest a starting point that produces a concrete result rather than a vague promise. Teams often begin with a single branch of their estate, prove the approach on that branch, and extend the structure once the value is clear.

Questions
A short FAQ
What kinds of teams does Metazoa LLC work with?
We work with research groups and enterprise teams that have outgrown ad hoc data handling. That includes universities, laboratories, and companies that need their classification, integration and curation work done to a durable standard.
How does an engagement begin?
It begins with a scoping conversation about the branch of your estate that causes the most uncertainty. From there we propose a bounded first piece of work so you can judge our approach before committing to a larger program.
Which services can be combined?
All six combine naturally. Many engagements start with data classification and platform integration, then extend into taxonomy modeling, pipeline automation, research data curation and access governance reviews as the structure matures.
Do you work with teams outside Utah?
Yes. Our Lehi works is where the practice is based, and our clients include organizations across the United States and abroad. Most engagements run remotely with scheduled working sessions, and travel is arranged when a project benefits from being on site with your team.
How quickly will we hear back?
We aim to reply within one business day. Inquiries that arrive during the weekend are answered on the next working day, and messages that need input from a specialist may take slightly longer. Every message receives a personal reply.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement first?
Yes. If your data estate involves sensitive systems, we are glad to sign your confidentiality agreement or provide our own before any detail is shared. Getting the paperwork in place early keeps the scoping conversation open and specific.
